So, You Caught a Fish...


Now what???


Rinse it well and pat dry...


Fill the cavity with butter, salt and pepper,  and lemon slices, then arrange lemon slices on top...


Wrap in foil and grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side...


Eat up!  Easy peasy, right?

I didn't think to show The Big Guy explaining how to remove the bones from our trout, but this guy on YouTube filmed the process!  Check it out!
